Allocation Policy

1. In order to be eligible as a tenant you must be a member of Queen’s staff; should your situation change while living with us, you will be asked to leave your accommodation.
2. The length of stay can be for short term and long term tenancies:
   • Short term is normally a tenancy of up to 3 months
   • Long term is for a maximum tenancy of 12 months

If you wish to enquire about Queen’s Staff Accommodation, please email us for an on-line application pack. Alternatively you can phone, and we will send an enquiry form by fax or post. We will acknowledge receipt of all enquiries.
