Our closing date for applications was 1 August 2010. We are still taking late applications and as these will be added to our waiting list, students will not be required to make a deposit payment with a late application. Our on-line application system will be adjusted to reflect this soon but until then if you are prompted to pay a deposit, you should submit the application without completing the payment process. Please contact us if you have any questions about this.

Check what is available to you

Look at the 'Students' section to see what accommodation you are eligible to apply for. If you want to live in university accommodation you need to apply for a room. Not all students are automatically guaranteed a place in accommodation so please read the Allocation Policy.

Check the type and choices of accommodation available to you

Please see 'Types of Accommodation' which provides information regarding Queen’s Houses and Elms Village, this is where the majority of the University’s first year undergraduate student accommodation is located.

Make sure you are aware of the key deadline dates

These are explained in the 'Students' section depending on the type of student you are.
It is crucial that you observe the application deadlines.
