Elms Village

Welcome to Elms Village, purpose built accommodation with first year undergraduate students in mind. New for 2013-14, there is a a range of bedrooms to chose at different prices which meet very different requirements of a mixed student population from a variety of cultural backgrounds. For 2014-15 there are premium en suite rooms, en suite rooms, standard single bedrooms (standard rooms have a wash hand basin, but share a bathroom between five); there are also a limited number of twin/bunk-bed rooms for 2 students to share (you can apply to share with a friend/family member of the same sex).

The accommodation is in apartment blocks which are three floors high; each floor has a maximum of 11 bedrooms and a shared kitchen and common room.

Elms Village is an ideal introduction to student life. There is live-in support from our team of  Residential Life Coordinators and Residential Assistants whose role is to help students deal with transition issues such as settling-in, making friends, managing money and sharing communal living space.

The postal address for Elms Village is: Elms Village, 78 Malone Road, Belfast, BT9 5BW.
