Dear Student

The Accommodation Team at Queen’s University Belfast is determined to make your application for accommodation as easy as possible and that your stay with us as should be trouble free and memorable. We have knowledgeable Accommodation staff on duty in the Elms Village Reception office between 8.00am and 6.00pm Mondays to Fridays, and our Reception staff are available at Elms Village on a 24 hour / 7 day basis; we never close. We encourage students to call-in to speak with us to answer basic queries, or to contact any member of our Community Youth Worker team or your Resident Assistant who can also help you. You can also make an appointment with any of our staff for a confidential meeting to discuss any issues which you may be experiencing; we always endeavour to help you where we can, or signpost other areas for help in the University.

We want to hear from you, so please do not live in silence; we cannot help you if we do not know you have a problem!
