The common rooms and the social space in the Treehouse, are where relationships are built and lifetime friends are made. The Treehouse is at the heart of Elms Village and offers:

This is the main social area in Elms Village where the Residential Life team offer a programme of events and student forums. It is a great place to meet up with friends and to enjoy Sky Sports, play a game of pool or the computer gaming machines.  Entertainment is organised throughout each week to suit all tastes, including regular quiz and music events. Mace at Elms Village is located in the Treehouse at the heart of the student village. For all your shopping needs the Mace has general grocery items, a deli which offers hot and cold snacks, ready meals, frozen goods, and useful items such as stationary and toiletries. There is also an ATM located on the premises.

ATM/Cash Machine

The Bank of Ireland ATM is located within the Mace shop and there is no charge for a cash withdrawal.

The Lounge

Open Monday - Sunday Daily 06.30 - 01.00

A great no-alcohol student common area equipped with soft seating, a computer suite with photocopier, printer and Skype facilities for student use. There are board games, computer games, DVDs, book swap section and ping-pong. Regular events such as poker nights take place in the evenings. Student clubs and societies also meet here. During exam periods this space is dedicated to quiet study, with social events taking place in the upstairs area only.

The Club room is located on the ground floor of the Treehouse and can be used as a study space for group or individual work, as a place for clubs or societies to meet or for reflection and prayer.
